01 · Profile

From bid framing to project financial control.

I challenge assumptions, explain variances and create a shared view across finance, sales and operations.

01

Bids & profitability

Build a defensible price by connecting inflation, margin, risk, cash and billing plans.

  • Pricing
  • Cash
  • IFRS 15
02

Performance & data

Make budgets, forecasts and month-end closes reliable, then surface the variances that require a decision.

  • ETC / EAC
  • Power BI
  • KPI
03

Coordination & decisions

Align finance, sales and operations around a shared view and turn variances into action.

  • Gate reviews
  • Reporting
  • Variances

Manifesto

A figure is only worth the decision it informs. I challenge assumptions, make variances readable and give finance, sales and operations one shared reading.

  • Adoption
03

Portfolio

Control a complex project portfolio

Scope
  • 40+ projects
  • €400m · order intake
  • Forecast
  • Cash

04 · Entrepreneurial venture

Fletchy — hospitality, from idea to operations.

Based in Montélimar, Fletchy offers apartments for short stays and develops distinctive guest experiences. As Managing Director, I oversee the support functions and systems behind the operation.

A Fletchy concept

RoomShift — The Verlac Protocol

RoomShift is an immersive experience set inside an apartment offered for short stays by Fletchy. I designed its local Home Assistant orchestration for two people, with no actor or operator during the session.

01

Local orchestration

I designed the Home Assistant architecture that synchronises the space and triggers its responses to player actions, without an operator during the session.

02

Reactive scenography

I orchestrated the lighting and sound environments, scenarios and transitions that support the journey without revealing its mechanics.

03

Controlled operation

Pre-session checks, equipment tests, preparation, launch and reset frame every playthrough.

04

Resilience & safety

Graceful fallbacks, consistency checks, an emergency stop and the ability to leave at any time help keep the experience safe.
